More than the financial support, this scholarship has given me hope and motivation to work harder and build a better future.

Dear TSEC Alumni Team,

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for supporting me through the scholarship program. Coming from a single-parent family, life has not been easy since my father passed away during the COVID-19 pandemic from cardiac arrest. My mother is the sole earning member of our family and has also been facing health issues. Managing my education expenses along with household and medical expenses has been very challenging for us.

Receiving this scholarship has been a huge relief for my family. It has eased the financial burden on my mother and has given me the confidence and peace of mind to continue my studies without constantly worrying about expenses. More than the financial support, this scholarship has given me hope and motivation to work harder and build a better future.

I sincerely thank the TSEC Alumni team for believing in students like me and extending a helping hand during difficult times. Your support means a lot to me and my family, and I hope to make the best use of this opportunity and make you proud through my hard work and achievements.

Thank you once again for your kindness and generosity.

With sincere gratitude,

Your support did more than just help pay my tuition; it gave me hope and validated my hard work when I needed it the most.

Dear TAP Scholarship Committee and Sheela Ma’am,

First of all, I am deeply grateful towards you for providing me with a ₹50,000 scholarship last year. Due to circumstances being against me, I was paying a fee of almost ₹2 lakhs every year for the first two years of my college. I scored 96.7 percentile in MHTCET, but I couldn’t take admission through the CAP round, hence my last resort was the institute-level round. Though I belong to the EWS section, the category couldn’t apply according to the admission rules of the institute round.

My family has been struggling for a really long time when it comes to finances, so I had to take a loan from SBI bank to pay my college fees. Our family has a loan of ₹40–50 lakhs, for which my dad pays a hefty EMI every month, which is half of his salary. To support these conditions, my mom has been conducting academic tuitions for school students. I assist her and teach students Science and Mathematics. I also have a younger sister, who will now be taking admission in her first year of engineering. We will again be resorting to a student loan for her since we cannot afford the fees.

In the chaos of all this, the TAP scholarship was a golden opportunity for me. Respected Monica Tolani Maam of our department suggested I apply for the same. She guided me and referred my name to Sheela ma’am. Sheela ma’am comprehended my situation too, and I told her about my family background and how my house doesn’t even have a proper interior. Explaining to someone your family’s situation is tough and I was about to cry during the interview, but I felt someone was actually listening to me after a long time. Mom and Dad were extremely relieved when they got the news that I had been selected for the scholarship.

The financial relief from this scholarship has significantly eased the burden on my parents and allowed me to focus deeply on my studies. Your support did more than just help pay my tuition; it gave me hope and validated my hard work when I needed it the most. As I complete my third year and my sister begins her own engineering journey, this assistance remains a crucial stepping stone for our family. As I enter my final year, continued support from the TAP scholarship would be a tremendous blessing, further alleviating our growing financial strain and filling my family with immense gratitude. I am determined to make the most of this opportunity, excel in my career, and eventually give back to other students facing similar financial hurdles.

Thank you once again to Sheela ma’am and the entire committee for your profound empathy and belief in my potential.

Sincerely,
TAP / Nain Scholar, 2025–26

Your continued faith in students like me means more than words can express.

Dear TSEC Alumni Community,

I would like to sincerely thank TAP Charity and the Nain Scholarship team for supporting me through the scholarship program. Your continued faith in students like me means more than words can express.

My father left at a young age, and my mother is not employed. Since then, my uncle has taken the responsibility of supporting my education and our family. However, his business has not been doing well in recent years, and he also has his own children and responsibilities to take care of. Managing educational expenses alongside household needs has been challenging for our family. During these difficult times, the scholarship became a source of relief and hope. It helped cover important academic expenses and allowed me to continue my studies without constantly worrying about finances.

Your generosity has not only eased our financial burden but has also motivated me to work harder and make the most of every opportunity I receive. Thank you for coming forward to support this initiative so that many other students facing circumstances similar to mine continue pursuing their dreams with dignity and confidence. 🙏

With heartfelt gratitude,
