Improving the livelihoods of Adivasi and traditional forest-dweller communities — moving artisans from selling raw leaves to manufacturing finished plates, with a framework built to replicate in other villages.

  • Govt. MSP of ₹2.50/plate prompted a rethink of the go-to-market model.
