Eklavya India Foundation
Facilitating successful career transitions for first-generation students from rural, marginalized and tribal communities — funding the teaching staff that gets them into top universities.
- Salaries covered for 3 teachers + 1 academic coordinator.
- 53 students appeared for admissions; 49 selected and all 49 funded.
- 20 assessments conducted — CUET, mock tests, English & aptitude (4 each month).
- Every funded student progressed into higher education.
Dona Pattal — Leaf-Plate Enterprise
Improving the livelihoods of Adivasi and traditional forest-dweller communities — moving artisans from selling raw leaves to manufacturing finished plates, with a framework built to replicate in other villages.
- Delivered with local NGO Chaupal Gramin Vikas Prashikshan Evam Shodh Sansthan.
- Procured 3 leaf-plate machines, 2 sewing machines and 2 leaf-pressing compressors.
- Trained 25 members on machine operation and plate stitching.
- Govt. MSP of ₹2.50/plate prompted a rethink of the go-to-market model.
Mahila Udyogini — Women Entrepreneurs
Backing women entrepreneurs with capital and the skills to run a business — from accounting to operations — and staying with them until each enterprise is self-sustaining.
- Funds directed to support 10–15 women starting and growing enterprises.
- Structured as a zero-interest, no-binding loan — repaid to fund the next cohort.
- Mentorship continues until each business is self-sustaining.
- Graduates are encouraged to volunteer with future cohorts.
Laptops & Phones to Students
From your hands to theirs. Collecting gently-used devices in the US, refurbishing them, and shipping them across the world to students who need a way to learn and connect.
